Support Coordination / Level 2

This support will assist you to build the skills you need to understand, implement, and use your plan. A support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently, and be included in your community. Our support coordinators have lived experience of disability giving a unique perspective.

Specialist Support Coordination / Level 3

This is a higher level of support coordination. It is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. A Specialist Support Coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment and ensure consistent delivery of service. We will help maintain a positive and transparent relationship with your professional services such as doctors, therapists, and caregivers.

At i AM Support, we provide services across different locations through a combination of in-person, remote, and hybrid options:

Perth Metro, Western Australia – All Areas.
Melbourne Metro, Victoria – Cities of Manningham, Whitehorse, Boroondara, Nilumbik, Banyule, and Darebin.

We also offer remote services across all other metro and regional areas in Australia. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

Q: Is i AM Support an NDIS registered provider?

Yes, i AM Support is an NDIS Registered Provider. We went through an independent audit in 2022 and a mid-term audit in 2024 to maintain our registration. We can support any focus person, whether you are agency-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed.

Q: What if I already have a Support Coordinator who isn’t really doing a great job for me?

As an NDIS participant, you have full choice and control. If you're not satisfied with your current Support Coordinator, you can try us out and see if we align with your needs. And if we’re not the right fit, you can stop working with us at any time—no notice required.

Q: Does i AM Support offer any other NDIS services?

No. We specialise in providing Level 2 Support Coordination, Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination, and ILO Exploration and Design. We focus solely on these services to ensure high-quality, personalised support.
