The small "i" stands for information, symbolising the knowledge and resources we provide. "AM" reflects our Director, Alana Mitchell, and embodies each focus person who shapes our journey. Support is at the core of everything we do. Alana’s personal journey of resilience and strength guides our organisation. Alana uses affirmations like "i am happy, i am healthy, i am connected" to shift her mindset during challenging times. These affirmations inspire both our team and those we support to recognise where they are now and believe in the future they want to create.

Relationships and connections are key to our approach. We focus on bringing together diverse groups and individuals to create an inclusive, supportive community. Every interaction aims to foster a deep sense of belonging, ensuring that those we support feel connected to the people and resources that matter most.
